Growth Riders is looking for a client success manager whose main responsibility will be establishing and managing key relationships with Growth Riders’ leads and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Call and build relationships with prospective leads
- Maintain communication with existing clients
- Provide support for our customers
- Communicate client needs to Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus
